Palestinian Teen’s Miraculous Recovery at Rambam

After a near-fatal work accident, Izz ad-Din Dar Yassin, a teen from the West Bank city of Jenin, fought for his life in a Palestinian hospital. His condition deteriorated and Yassin was transferred to Rambam Health Care Campus (Rambam), in Haifa, Israel, where against all odds, his life was saved.

Grieving Widow Donates Life-saving Defibrillators

Just a few short months after the death of her husband, Ilana Siman-Tov Dodeles, CPR head nurse and coordinator at Rambam Health Care Campus (Rambam) in Haifa, Israel, was determined to do something for the community. She mobilized members of her family who arranged the donation of ten automatic CPR defibrillators.
