Hospitalization is often tough on kids. But, to the great delight of our youngest patients, volunteers decorated the entrance to the Ruth Rappaport Children's Hospital at Rambam Health Care Campus with a Hanukkah menorah and a Santa Claus made from balloons.

The Ruth Rappaport Children's Hospital (RRCH) at Rambam is a delight this holiday season. Our youngest patients are enjoying a Christmas tree and a Hanukkah menorah constructed with balloons by volunteers from Angel Issa - Haifa-based balloon artists.

RRCH is the only children's hospital in Northern Israel and is the tertiary referral center for 12 district hospitals and 600,000 youngsters ages 0–18. A multi-disciplinary team provides advanced medical services and a comprehensive approach to treatment in every area of children's healthcare. Pediatricians throughout Israel and around the world come to RRCH to learn techniques from medical experts.

The RRCH is a pleasant, warm, and supportive environment. In addition to The Forman Family Children Science Museum, the Leno & Paul Sislin Pediatric Discovery Lounge, Stacy's Place Play Area, and The Meri & Sol J. Barer Play Atrium, children's movies are screened in the Gredinger Hall. The Green, Wagner, Feldman, Gorman, and Shore classrooms allow our young patients to continue their studies. And now, for Christmas and Hanukkah, the light, bright main entrance is filled with balloons.

You can help better the lives of our precious children entrusted to Rambam's care with a gift to the Ruth Rappaport Children's Hospital. The boys and girls benefiting from your generosity are tomorrow's men and women—the future of Israel and the world. To support this or other projects at Rambam, please go to the Donate to Rambam page.
