Dr. Tzoran is an Attending Physician and Specialist in Hematology and Internal Medicine. Since 2011 she has served at Rambam as Deputy Director of Internal Medicine C Department, and as Deputy Director of the Internal Medicine Division since 2014. She is also a Senior Hematologist at the Department of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation.

Dr. Tzoran graduated from the Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a clinical fellowship in Hematology and Stem Cell Transplantation at Rambam.

Dr. Tzoran is an Adjunct Lecturer in Hematology at the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine. Her main research interests are diagnosis and management of venous thromboembolism, and the association of thrombotic events to malignancy through extracellular vesicles, and she has actively participated in a range of clinical and basic research projects and initiatives. In 2011 Dr. Tzoran received Rambam’s "Ofakim" Award for research in the basic sciences. She is the author of peer-reviewed articles, and a reviewer for prestigious journals in her field.
