Department of Nephrology and Hypertension

Dr. Rawi Ramadan is an Internal Medicine specialist in Nephrology and Hypertension. He graduated from the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
He did his medical training in Internal Medicine, Nephrology and Blood Pressure at Rambam Medical Center.
He is the former Director of the Nephrology and Dialysis Unit at Poriah Hospital, Tiberias.
Dr. Ramadan’s main work and interests are in kidney transplantation, clinical nephrology and hypertension. He also teaches Nephrology a the Technion Faculty of Medicine, and has repeatedly received the Certificate for Excellence in Teaching.
