Shani is a senior scientist at MATRiC, collaborating with the Lapidot Laboratory and leading the center’s bioprinting initiatives. Shani has completed a postdoctoral fellowship in chemical engineering at the University of Cambridge, England. Her research focuses on developing Lab-on-Chip platforms based on biosensors and conductive polymers.
She holds a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Technion, specializing in flow research and Lab-on-Chip development.
Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in Life Sciences from the Weizmann Institute and a Bachelor’s degree (cum Laude) in Biochemical Engineering from the Technion.
