Rambam's course on Laparascopic Head and Neck Surgery provides basic and advanced knowledge regarding the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumors.
Lectures are provided by a team of head and neck surgeons, plastic surgeons, neurosurgeons and oncologists. Live demonstrations of surgery with cadaver/frozen heads practice are provided for head and neck endoscopic surgery, including FESS surgery, hypophysis, endoscopic tumor removal, and laryngeal and vocal microscopy surgery. In addition, a neck and head surgery demonstration will be conducted using the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, including surgical procedures developed at Rambam.

Rambam's Radiology course is specially designed for X-ray doctors and technicians, as part of the hospital's School of Radiololgy and Imaging. Participants will gain knowledge regarding X-ray anatomy and pathology with theoretical frontal lessons and hands-on experience.
Participants will learn the basic concepts of radiology, including physics, radiation safety, principles of instrumentation, and the "secrets" of the profession. X-ray anatomy and pathology will also be taught via theoretical frontal lessons and opportunities for hands-on experience.
Courses will cover all areas of radiology (X-rays, ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging), in accordance with body parts and the related instrumentation, including: conventional radiology, invasive radiology (vascular, extravascular, and oncological), chest imaging, abdominal and pelvic imaging, neuroradiology, pediatric radiology, and breast imaging.

Timeframe
Medical Training Courses typically range from 3 days to 2 weeks.
Eligibility
Education: Completion of the appropriate degree and a license to practice the related medical profession in your own country. Examples: M.D., license to practice medicine; R.N., license to practice nursing; etc.
Spoken and Written English Proficiency: To provide you with a productive educational and learning experience, you must be proficient in spoken and written English. Of course, knowlege of Hebrew is helpful as well.
