Dr. Imad Kassis is a consultant on pediatric infectious diseases at Meyer Children’s Hospital, Rambam Health Care Campus, a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, and a member of the European Society for Pediatric Infectious Diseases. His current interests include rapid diagnosis and prevention of pediatric respiratory infections, infections in immune compromised children, prevention and control of hospital acquired infections, and the use of vaccine for prevention of infections. The pediatric infectious diseases team also provides consultations on complicated cases to patients in the community.
