Dr. Natalya Yarovinsky is an Attending Neurologist in the Neurocognitive Clinic of the Neurology Department at Rambam Health Care Campus.
Dr. Yarovinsky graduated cum laude from the Perm University, Russia, in 1996, where she also completed her Child Neurology Residency in 1997. In 2002, Dr. Yarovinsky received a Ph.D., and presented her work “The dynamic research of newborns with jitterness syndrome” in a poster session at the European Federation of Neurological Societies in 2004.
From 1997 to 2004 Dr. Yarovinsky worked as a pediatric neurologist at Children's Hospital in Perm, Russia. In 2005 she immigrated to Israel, and in 2008 she received her medical license to practice in Israel. In 2014 she completed her neurology residency at Rambam, and from 2014 to 2015 she worked as a researcher at the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion. Since 2015, she works as a neurologist in the Neurocognitive Clinic and Neurology Department at Rambam.
Dr. Yarovinsky’s main research interests are clinical and electro-physiological manifestations of dementia, and she is collaborating with the Technion’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering on a mathematical analysis of resting state EEG in patients with dementia.
