The International Medical Observership Program at Rambam Health Care Campus is an informal observational experience that enables participants to learn procedures, to observe patient rounds, and attend lectures on medical topics of interest. Since 2017, more than 400 international doctors and nurses have participated in observation programs at Rambam. The program focusses on a number of different priority specializations in medicine, ranging from the most effective IVF protocols to the latest treatment modalities for cancer.
