Dr. Kogan is a senior Radiologist in Angiography at the Interventional Radiology Unit in the Department of Medical Imaging at Rambam Health Care Campus. He is also the Director for Complex Endovascular Radiologic Interventions Service.
Dr. Kogan graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Karaganda, USSR, and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Rambam. He completed a fellowship in Vascular/lnterventional Radiology at the University of Toronto in Canada, followed by a clinical fellowship in Extreme Interventions at the Instituto Clinico Citta di Brescia, Italia. He has also been a visiting fellow in hospitals with state of the art facilities in Holland, Germany, Italy and France.
Dr. Kogan has experience with a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including management of acute trauma, advanced interventions in oncology, endovascular treatment of myomas and varicoceles. His main research interest is endovascular management of diabetic foot.
