Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Institute

Dr. Noa Lavi is a senior physician and board certified hematologist in the Hematology Department of Rambam Health Care Campus HCC. After completing her MD at the Technion’s Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Lavi completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Carmel Medical Center, and in Hematology at Rambam HCC, both in Haifa, Israel. Dr. Lavi is currently pursuing her PhD at the Cancer and Vascular Biology Research Center of the Technion’s Faculty of Medicine.
Her main clinical interests relate to treatment of patients with Myeloproliferative neoplasms (as polycythemia vera, myelofibrosis and essential thrombocytosis) and patients with multiple myeloma and lymphoma. Her main research interest relates to the involvement of semaphorins in multiple myeloma and the influence of semaphorins on coagulation processes.
