This three-level, subterranean and submarine parking garage's ceiling, however, will provide the reinforced foundation for an above-ground Biomedical Discovery Tower, Cardiovascular Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Oncology Hospital, and in the tragic event of another war on Northern Israel's civilian populace, a large section of the structure's minus-three parking level will quickly convert into a sheltered underground emergency hospital.

Friends of Rambam are invited to purchase one or more of the 1,500 available vehicle bays, of which 2000 are convertible into hospital-bed bays, and Friends Associations are encouraged to purchase whole parking sections. Each bay will be named for its donor.
