Rambam's Medical Simulation Center currently provides training in basic-trauma incidents, doctor-patient communication, and resuscitation techniques, and prepares medical students for taking simulation exams. The budget calls for developing the following additional courses for physicians, nurses, allied healthcare professionals and medical students:

» Crisis Management
» Infectious Diseases
» Invasive and Non-Invasive Surgeries
» Multi-Casualty Incidents
» Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
» Team Work in the Trauma Unit

Furthermore, as part of Rambam's community outreach activities, the Medical Simulation Center will offer the general public health and safety courses and medical-emergency training.
