Dr. Schiller graduated his medical studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In parallel he completed his PhD studies in the field of Neurobiology at the Hebrew University. Dr. Schiller completed his residency in neurology at the Hadassah Medical Center. Later he specialized in the field of Epilepsy and EEG at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. In addition Dr. Schiller spent three years as a Post-Doctorate at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg Germany, where he studied cellular electrophysiology of neurons in the cortex. For the past 10 years Dr. Schiller has been working at the Department of Neurology of the Rambam Medical Center. In his clinical work he has concentrated mainly on epilepsy patients. In addition, Dr. Schiller is running a laboratory for epilepsy research at the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion.
