Dr. Boulos graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in 1979. He completed his training in Internal Medicine in 1986, and in Clinical Cardiology in 1989, both at Rambam Medical Center. Since then, he has served as a senior cardiologist with a subspecialty in interventional cardiology.

Between the years 1996-1998 he completed a two-year clinical fellowship in clinical electrophysiology at Columbia University and St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY, U.S.A. Upon his return in 1998, he established the Clinical Electrophysiology program at Rambam Medical Center.
