Dr. Manor graduated from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology, Faculties of Medicine and Chemical Engineering.
As a senior physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology's IVF Unit, Dr. Manor combines research and laboratory work with clinical work.

Together with Dr. Levron, Dr. Manor was the first to perform sperm injection to oocytes in severe cases of male infertility (ICSI). In 1995 after a training period in England, she introduced the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis technique (PGD) in the IVF unit in Rambam and was the first in Israel to obtain a pregnancy with a healthy child using this procedure.
