Prof. Yishai Levy is a graduate of the Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine in Jerusalem. He did his Residency at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa and Fellowships in Lipid Disorders and Clinical Nutrition at London, St Thomas' Hospital and at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York.

His fields of interest are Obesity and Inflammation, Anti-Oxidants (Carotenoids) and Lipoproteins.
He is a Clinical Associate Professor  at the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology where he teaches Internal Medicine, Nutrition and Metabolism.
