Professor Nissim Haim received his MD degree from the Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and was trained in oncology at the Rambam Medical Center. He also trained in cancer research at the National Cancer Institute, NIH, Bethesda, MD, USA.

Professor Haim is Head of the Chemotherapy Service of the Division of Oncology at Rambam Medical Center and Head of the Chemotherapy Group of the Israel Association of Clinical Oncology and Radiotherapy.
His main clinical and research interest is the chemotherapy of solid malignancies, including lymphomas.
