As Director of Rambam Health Care Campus's administration, organization and Human Resources Department, Dr. Golan is in charge of a staff of over 4,000 medical and administrative members. Following her studies in sociology and political science at Tel Aviv University, Dr. Golan was invited to direct the Department of Human Resources at Rambam Medical Center.

For almost two decades, Dr. Golan has been carrying out wide-ranging missions that contribute to the well-being of patients, the development of the hospital, and the promotion of its staff. Since its inception, Dr. Golan has taken an active part in the major building and renovation project of Rambam Health Care Campus.
