Professor Jacob Giris is an Internist who is also trained in Clinical Pharmacology.
He obtained his clinical training in Internal Medicine at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa and his training in Clinical Pharmacology and Autonomic Dysfunctions at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. The J. Recanati Autonomic Dysfunction Center is unique in Israel and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases involving the autonomic nervous system. This area of human physiological research involves homeostatic cardiovascular mechanisms including endothelial function and regional flow regulations.
