The cities of Marseilles in France, Haifa in Israel and Bethlehem have an agreement to cooperate. Recently, the City Council of Marseilles arranged a meeting between teachers, psychologists and employees of other sectors who work with children. A delegation from the hospital in Bethlehem and from Rambam was invited to attend. Representing Rambam were Analia Magen of the Art Clinic and Dr. Elena Krivoy, Clinical Psychologist, of our Department of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology. During their interesting and intensive week in Marseilles, Analia and Elena visited five pediatric hospitals and had fruitful meetings with medical and paramedical staff members. Rambam's staff hopes that the important contacts will continue and that teams from Bethlehem and Marseilles will come here for a return visit soon.
